Description
Get smart and ditch those pricey annual dealership subscriptions that cost $250/ €250 / GBP 250 + taxes or more (depending upon your dealership charges).
EVO ID5/6 maps require a valid subscription to update. All vehicles equipped with EVO ID5/6 maps come with an initial 3 year subscription from the date of manufacture. Once the subscription has expired you can still continue to update maps without limit by installing a LifeTime Subscription (activation code) using an ENET cable (included in the order).
Install a Lifetime Subscription and update unlimited number of maps thereafter. This one-time process requires no special skills – do it yourself using detailed video instructions or let our technician assist you remotely.
- Plug one end of the supplied ENET cable into your car (instructions provided) and the other end into a Windows laptop with internet access.
- Download and run our cloud-based installation software.
- Follow on-screen prompts to generate a LifeTime Subscription Code and save it on your computer.
- Copy the saved folder to the map update USB and insert it into your vehicle to install the code and update the maps.
- The entire process takes just a few minutes and requires no technical skills.
- Note: This will only install a lifetime FSC code for your current region and will not change your Map region.
- Need assistance? Our technician can guide you via Live Chat on our website or remotely connect to your laptop through screen sharing to complete the process.
- Once the LifeTime Code is installed, update your maps using a USB.
- In the future, keep them current by purchasing map updates only for just $25/ €25 / GBP 25 (no subscription needed).
